Best rolls, cookies, breads and bakes at Ken Mary’s ! Right under my house, so obviously it’s my go to place for almost everything food related ! Their rolls and puffs are the freshest I’ve eaten anywhere !The boys at the shop are super helpful in choosing whatever you want to eat there ! They also sell some grocery stuff like milk and biscuits, eggs , bread, etc , a little weird but again very convinient ?

Ken-Mary’s opened up at just the right time when the closure of Jude bakery had created a void when it came to fresh bread at reasonable prices for locals not wanting to walk towards bazaar, hill or chapel roads.. And that remains their usp even today.I was impressed with their Tandoori counter which used to send out tempting aromas in the evenings, but haven’t seen it in awhile. What the chicken lacked in traditional Punjabi flavours it made up for in freshness and of course, good pricing.Their draw for me remains the reasonably priced Cookies, with the Shrewsberry being a personal favourite. Opt for a mix pack of the dry fruit based biscuits and you won’t be disappointed. Same goes for any of the mini bites on offer.
Nice food and the Mava cakes are awesome. I love all the biscuits but the ginger cookies and cornflake cookies are the best. I would not recommend the cheese biscuits. They’ve recently come up with a new menu that’s awesome. The chicken sausage croissant was a bit too dry for me but don’t forget to try the chicken croissant and chicken pizza. If you happen to be on Hill road then you should really come here.
Lovely little place to get mini-bites. I used to walk here every Sunday morning to get mini burgers, mini puffs and mini hotdogs. Everything is really cheap and the staff are friendly.
