It is an authentic south indian restaurant. Restaurant is decorated beautiful and there are subtle things which gives you kerala vibes. Curry and rasam had taste of south herbs. Each bite of dosa reminds you of your childhood memories. Must try mysore masala.Mysore masala dosa:It had very authentic taste. It was soft and smooth texture.Rasam:It had spicy tasty and smell and taste of different spices.Cooler:It reminded me of my homemade cooler.Medu vada:They were crunchy from out and soft with inside and were as tasty as dosa.Pyasam:It was first eating pyasam. in beginning i found it odd but acquainted the taste in end
Staying in mumbai, if want to enjoy a detailed varieties of #SouthIndian food , Then Madras Daries is best place.South Indian food is not just about Dosa , but there s much more apart to it with variations.Like starters there are #chutnies like Beetroot , pineapple to add flavours. Also Mysore Masala Dosa , Onion Uttapa served in long leaves with inside cravings of masala.Different from other dosa, gives a real Madras feel

Madras Diaries scores heavy on ambiance. They only had the outdoor area open since I visited in the morning for breakfast. The interiors are extremely pretty and vibrant. It gives you a happy feel the moment you step in .I absolutely loved the pineapple sheera. Im so glad that it was not oozing with ghee and had the perfect consistency. Also tried their Uttamppam platter of Ragi, Onion and Green gram! Delicious indeedFound the Jalapeno cheesy dosa quite averageMy favourite was the Tahttu idli! The portions are in abundance and service is super quick!Cheers to Mr Satish for suggesting these delicious eateries
