March 2019Hidden gem alert!Marinate is a tiny outlet opposite Fendi. It is quite missable so use Google maps to get there. Although tiny, it is clean. For ₹110 you get the most meticulously prepared shawarma. The guy prepares it with absolute love and patience. The shawarma is finger licking good! It is filling.Next time you are craving for a shawarma, head to Marinate. 🙂
The last time my sister and I ordered shararmas from Marinate we found hair in the food. When we informed the guy in charge about what had happened, he refused to replace the order or give us a refund. On a side note, this place is also infested with rats.
If you are in Bandra and that to in Hill Road, it’s a must try for the one who loves Shawarma. Actually they have a different marination of chicken, maybe the recipe is from the Gulf. It’s very lite, clean and healthy. The place is not visible as it is inside a clothing shop. U don’t have enough space there, it’s a takeaway kind of thing. They only serve one variety of it, for which u have to pay 100 bucks. It’s worth, get it a try.
Everybody loves shawarma.!This small outlet or inlet I may say at hill road fulfills your urges for an emergency of shawarma..!Tastes good.. no seating available..!
An only Chicken Shawarma joint, this place is located in a compound opposite Archies at Bandra Hill Road. You would not be able to locate it also. No place to sit or park your vehicle. So it is good for people walking or shopping at Hill Road. The Chicken Shawarma is priced decently. The quality is good, and the chicken serving in the Shawarma is amazing. Good option when you are on Hill Road and want to try some non-veg, as most of the places here are vegetarian. Try it, and you would not be disappointed.
Hole in the wall joint offering a meaty break from the otherwise vegetarian fare across Hill road.. The meat is always fresh since it sells off frequently.. Best part about the offering is the pricing.. A good option if you want to pick up rolls on the go, but be warned that if you’re coming by Car then this is one of Bandra’s worst bottlenecks (Traffic on Hill road and incoming traffic from Almeida Park area merges). So best to park somewhere and walk down.
