This is a small cozy cafe located at Carter road. We were two of us and had their bagel and red sauce pasta. The food was ready good, perfect place for a quiet conversation. They have menu of the day got you to pick and choose from. Would definitely recommend both for the place and the price.
The place has outdoor and indoor seating. Parking may be a little tough as it’s a prime location. Their vegan options are worth checking out, but they have a good collection for meat eaters like me as well.
The bagel shop is located in one of the rather quite and small lanes of Pali Hill. So parking was definitely an issue for us. We came here on a sunday night Where the place was almost full with a mixed crowd. But we got a table quickly. Lighting is quite dim and the ambience, cozy. The food is slightly high priced, but zomato gold makes it affordable. Coming to the food :BURMESE PORK BAGEL – It had pickled, not so spicy but flavourful pork with a little Philly cheese and lettuce with lettuce and tomato salad on side. I would highly recommend it if you’re somebody who prefers flavour over spice. GOAN CHORIZO PASTA – Another flavour bomb pork dish with saucy penne pasta. It was quite unique and tasted amazing. It almost felt like a Goan shack style pork starter. The food quantity was decent for 2 people. I would definitely come back here to try other stuff off their menu.
I tried the Classic Club Bagel and the Spicy Steak Bagel. Loved both of them, and i think I’m gonna be back to try the other bagels too. The Mochaccino was perfect, although a tad bit too sweet. But I’m not complaining!The ambience is perfect. While I used the indoor seating, the outdoor seating seems cosy enough for a winter morning study session / coffee date.
So I generally don’t rate places bad based on service alone. But I must say I was sad that the restaurant forgot my order and then in a hurry gave me burnt food.I wanna say this was my personal experience . My friends god their food on time and they enjoyed it. So yeah. I am personally disappointed. I was really looking forward to eat here.
Went there after looking at the positive reviews and I would say that it was a good decision. Situated near Carter road Bandra, the place has warm wooden interiors and has indoor as well as outdoor seatings. We ordered the below items-1. Green Goblin Bagel Sandwich – the spinach, mushroom and onion filling was amazing! It was served with lettuce and cherry tomato.2. Salted Caramel Shake – delicious3. Cappucino4.Banana Muffin5. Chocochip MuffinThe muffins were our favourite and were quite fresh with perfect amount of sweet flavour.Overall, a good experience. Would recommend.
