It’s a tiny store, easy to miss but has been the best find for me..Must try – carrot n walnut cake, I love the richness of this cake, it was so good that I went through the full loaf in a day..Garlic multi grain bread- it’s amazing, pairs very well with pesto.. it has the right amount of garlic, so that u don’t feel the after taste. Well seasoned ..Ragi crackers are crisp and stay fresh for long..Vanilla pound cake – not my favorite here, but atleast it’s not dryIt’s an amazing.find, must visit place..
I have ordered whole wheat lavash and ragi crackers (these specially after seeing the reviews) , however lavash is perfect just that if flax seeds can b added it would be great..Ragi Crackers were a disappointment for me,I didn’t find them enough thin and crunchy.. something seemed missing.. overall it was a decent experience!! (Four stars are only for lavash)
Went for buying baguette. Small place but serves quality products. Packaging is also nice. They are making available rare products. Will try other items also.
This bakery in Bandra is a great place to buy authentic European breads. Their Fourgrain sourdough is a must try. Also, like their baked ragi crackers, and bagels and cheese combos
The Baker’s Dozen needs to improve upon their chocolate croissant, or pain au chocolat. I do recommend trying it. If you get a good one, nothing can match the combination of chocolate, bread and butter. I know when we make crossaints we brush on eggwash before baking to give it colour and crisp. Here, the chef needs to be more careful. When eating the sides, I tasted raw egg, and the texture was almost like eating an eggshell. Not pleasant at all.
