  Hotel Rangsharda is this beautiful property in Bandra Reclamation facing the Bandra Worli Sea Link. The restaurant is famous for it’s nicely done kebabs and other north Indian dishes.We started with the Tandoori style Pahadi Chicken Kebabs (which is their special recommendation) The kebabs were so tender and juicy coated with the masalas and a balanced tandoor flavor!Next up, we tried the Chicken Tikka Kebabs (another one of their special recommendation) The Indian flavor of the authentic Chicken Tikka paired up smoky tandoor flavor is one of the best combinations we’ve eaten in a while!We also tried the Assorted Mix Vegetable Kebab Platter which consisted of Paneer, cauliflower, mushroom, potatoes and kurkure kebabs servd with a portion of spciy and tangy green chutney. The platter is a must try because it gives you a small portion of a lot of different varieties and their green chutney doubles the taste.We ended our meal with a mint mojito and pinacolada!Overall, we had a really nice time. The staff was friendly and helped us in picking up the best dishes, the ambiance was simple and nicely done with one side of the seating facing the sea link!

  Hotel Rangsharda is Situated at Reclamation, Near Lilavati Opposite To The Bombay Art Society.It has a parking lot, Decent Reception, few Bollywood Shoots have also been taken place here.Restaurant Inside Hotel Rangsharda are:-1) Cafe Espresso2) Westerlies3) Oceania (Rooftop)We had been to Westerlies, which is situated at 3rd Floor of Rangsharda, which serves North Indian Cuisine, along with Buffet, Coffees, Cocktails and Mocktails.We had Veg Hara Bhara Kebab and Veg Kakori Kebab along with associated Papads.The Hara Bhara Kebabs was Good, 5 kebabs were served with a green Chutney .Veg Kakori Kebab was Deep-fried and served with some green veggies and chutneys.The Starters were amazing.   Westerlies is a restuarant situated in Rangsharda hotel, in Bandra om the West side. It’s very easy to locate and a 5-10 minutes ride from the station.They have indoor as well as outdoor seatings available (evening). The decor of the place feels very home-y. With a handful of tables and furniture spread across the room, I’m sure you will habe a good time here.The service was good as well, Excel staff and no lomg waiting times. We visited on a weekday afternoon and the place was almost vacant.Coming to the food-PINA COLADAThe classic pina colada made with coconut milk, pineapple juice and vanilla icecream. The colada was topped with rose syrup and even had some at the bottom, which just added to kt delicious flavour!BLOODY MARYThis was a spicy mocktkail, made with guava. The spicy aftertaste was good, although it could’ve been more sweet.PANEER HILLTOP KEBABGood amount of huge cottage cheese pieces were served. The paneer was soft and fresh. It was slightly spicy and super delicious paneer starter topped with sesame seeds that just added to its delicious taste. Loved it.DAL MAKHNIFor mains I decided to have this along with masala naan. The dal makhni was just super delicious to have with the special masala naan. I loved each and every bite of it!MALAI KOFTAAnother mains that we ordered was malai kofta. A super delicious creamy gravy was served alomg with a roti basket which included naans and rotis. A perfect combo.DESSERTFor dessert we had belgian Chocolate icecream and malai kulfi. A perfect end to the meal.

  Visited this cute little place in hotel Rangsharda situated along the outskirts of Bandra. Its a restaurant, medium sized with a handful of tables and indoors as well as outdoor setting. If you want to visit this place I’d recommend going in the evening so that you can enjoy the outdoor seating.The indoor is also very pretty though. It has nice red decor which gives off very home-ish vibes. We had a great time here.What I had-COCO DELIGHTThis was a coconut milk based mocktkail. Tasted and looked like a green coloured pina colada. It was thick and very delicious with proper amount of sweetness.MIX VEG PLATTERThe best option to go for when you can’t decide what to have. This mix platter of starters had it all. Paneer, veggies, mushrooms and rolls. Each starter done extremely well and we enjoyed this delicious dish very much.VEG PULAOFor main course we had the veg pulao. The pulao was very delicious. Never had such an aromatic delectable pulao before. Quantity was also good. Enjoyed this very much.PALAK PANEEROnly rice wasn’t enough so we went ahead and ordered this with roti basket. The palak gravy was good enough and had a good amount of paneer in it. Loved this too.DESSERTThey didnt have any special desserts so we jist settled for icecream and malai kulfi. A good end to the day.

  Taa daa!! Rang Sharda has revamped its coffee shop and restaurant. Anyone is free to visit over lunch/dinner/drinks/snack.Ambience -Situated on the third floor, the elevator opens up into a newly done up coffee shop. Beautiful artistic figures and scenes of Bandra painted on the walls. The Westerlies is the restaurant we dined at that afternoon. The place is airy, bright with big windows, and good positive ambience.Waiters/Service -The waiters are experienced, seem to have knowledge on all the dishes, recommended combinations. Service was quick and our table was well waited upon.MenuThe menu is multi cuisine but I can vouch for the indian food I tried that day especially the kebabs.Dishes we triedPaneer Hilltop kebeb – The potion size is good. Mild flavours in this tikka. It was nicely done in the tandoor. What I liked that the paneer tikkas were coated with sesame seeds.Dal makhani – Rustic flavoursome dal, not overpowering with spices. Ypu could get the fragrance of homemade ghee being used.Murg Makhani – The dish of the day. Good gravy with garam masalas and garlic shinning through. Enjoyed licking my fingers and chomping it with roti.Assorted roti – 4 assorted types of rotis came in the basket.Overall had a wonderful meal with my friend. Will definitely visit again. Infact I reccomend it to all my friends and family to get a totally refreshing dining experience. sweetannu.com
