Ordered the prawn chili lime rice and was pretty disheartened by it as was expecting something with a little gravy by this was just coloured rice, with little portion of sauce on one side and 6 prawns crumb fried which are quite burnt, didn’t enjoy it.
Loved their basil chicken bowl. Had it delivered at home so can’t really comment on the restaurant ambiance but the food was lovely. Highly recommend
Each time I try a new delivery place, it’s like investing in the stock market where more often than not the gamble is either a humdrum or forgettable experience!Cut to this first day of 2019 when I ordered from ‘Yoursdrooly’ – it’s like hitting a triple gold platinum titanium jackpot!!! Whatta 10/10 experience!The food arrived like a grandma cooked & packed meal – fresh, generous, healthy and tasteful! Called for the chicken sundried tomato aglio oglio- don’t think I’m ever eating another aglio oglio elsewhere! And the schezwan chicken steak with egg fried rice and assorted greens was like a dream come true! Take a bow you guys! And don’t let the stellar stellar stellar standards ever slip! I would love to see you proliferate all over the country soonest! Signing off in me food comatose happy state!
I haven’t ordered much from here but on occasion have ordered their spring rolls (chicken), as I did tonight. Unfortunately I received EXTREMELY salty inedible spring rolls & have since been trying to contact the restaurant for a resolution (I pre paid for this food that’s just going to go into the bin) received no answer on their end despite calling multiple times and numbers and zomato was totally unhelpful. Customer service seems pretty bad if I can’t even get a response on the phone.
I agree with Zomato when they say food is all about love but Yoursdrooly does not believe in love or good food. The only thing they believe is how to be rude and insulting to the customer and how to make bad food.80 mins after placing my order, countless attempts to reach the restaurant and 40 mins into my chat with Zomato there was still NO FOOD in sight!Since the restaurant was delivering the food directly, there wasn’t much Zomato could do. The executive kept saying the food will reach in 5-7 mins and it never did. Finally we got through the restaurant, we explained the situation to the lady on the phone, a certain Ms Vishana, and asked about when to expect the food as it had already been 60 mins already. She started rambling, speaking like she was doing us a favour by providing food. She yelled that she doesn’t care about the order, we can go ahead and cancel, she is too busy and went ahead and slammed the phone. As someone who runs a restaurant and keeps this attitude – I will be surprised if this place lasts long. Especially when this business survives on customer loyalty.Finally, after this excruciating wait the food arrives, we dig in to our grilled chicken bowl. One bite in and I laughed, thinking wow so much attitude for such horrible food. Not only was the order incomplete but also had a very bitter taste making it totally inedible. Ordered a Grilled Chicken Bowl via Zomato Order on 20-10-18 which turned out to be one of my worst online order experiences. After an hour of waiting and no response from Zomato somehow managed to get in touch with the supposed owner ‘Vishana’ who was casual, unapologetic and frankly had an embarrassing attitude for an order which was very late and decided to have a rant of her own before slamming the phone. She said it’s a busy Saturday and is fed up of follow ups from Zomato and doesn’t care about what I do with the order. Very saddening to see that nowadays any random person with any lack of respect or understanding of the hospitality sector is running a restaurant and is listed on Zomato delivery. Before I could cancel the order (thanks to the phone being slammed and no response from the restaurant thereafter) the order was delivered to me 85 minutes after the order placement. Coming to the bowl of food, there was no cheesy mash as described in the order which was the least of the problems. It was a cheesy white and very bitter sauce spread on pieces of grilled chicken. Extremely poor taste and surpsises me how anybody could go wrong with something as basic as Grilled Chicken. So much attitude for such a poor tasting plate of food – Bandra really needs a refresh with people who understand the restauranting business. 0 stars for me for ruining my meal on a Saturday night but unfortunately that’s not an option.
Had to wait for my food for 2 hours. I was assured that the food was on the way. Tried calling the restaurant several times, but did not get any response. Zomato support didn’t help either. When I finally told them to cancel my order, they sent the food.Since the food had been prepared and kept out for over an hour, it had gone bad. The grilled chicken bowl that I ordered, tasted sour. And I got an upset stomach the next day.This is not the first time I ordered from this place, but the experience from yesterday was bad enough for me to never order from here again!
