Highly disappointed with the service. Couple of Points,1. They don’t have half of the food menu available. (Its like a lottery system for Ordering)2. Even if you manage to add food items to your cart > the order is placed > Received by the Restaurant. After 20-30 minutes customer gets a message that the Order is Cancelled.Suggestions:1. Increase your food quantity and then make it available to the users. 2. Don’t add food items which are not available most of the time. 3. State Information or Warnings about your Food Lottery system on the Food Delivery Apps.
The food which was delivered was ok, specifically Dal was good. but I haven’t received what I have ordered. I have order paneer and salad and what I got was Dal and paneer rice and roti. a complete thali.
It took almost one and half hour for food delivery in my office whereas my office building is hardly 50 meters from daily dabba. Food quality was ok not good or bad. My client waited for food & choose to have lunch from other restaurant. Its was so humiliating for me and team. My suggestion to all please don’t order from here as delivery time is more as committed.
My friend recommended me for Daily Dabba. I must have ordered 3 to 4 times. They also had Knight Riders in which they served the Rolls which i loved them the most. After the Knight Riders closed, i thought of going for Daily Dabba and trust me the taste is just YUM. The quantity and quality is so nice. They pack it so clean and they have maintained the hygiene. The rate is good not that expensive and not that cheap. I love Non Veg hence ordered Non Veg ONLY. Mostly ordered Indian. Their Murgh Lahori Masala and Butter Chicken is WOW. The delivery is also good. On my first order i did get a COMPLIMENTARY Dessert (Gulab Jamun). I loved the FOOD and would love recommending my other friends and too. SERVICE is also GOOD.
I have ordered from Daily Dabba like around 100+ times. The rates are reasonable and the the quality and quantity is decent. The packaging is very nice with green sleeve of daily dabba with your name and the order which you have placed. I have tasted almost all the dishes and my favourite is the Indian Delicacy. They keep on changing their menu every day. They have a great variety of items in their menu list. One must try Daily Dabba.
