I stopped by this place on a Saturday night and it was my first time visiting as well as my first time trying their beer(s). There was a variety of different beers and didn’t know what to choose so the staff gave me option to test few different beers.Few notes1. Free valet parking2. Pricing is a bit on the high end.3. Very friendly and supportive staff4. Ask for tester, if you are visiting first time5. Delicious starters/foodThe place overall seems nice and pretty lively. Really cool spot. Highly recommended
IBC Balewadi!Back on Zomato after a long hiatus! Tried out the IBC in Balewadi recently. I ordered the following1) Beer Flight Taster2) Adobo Chicken Nachos3) Mutton Samosas4) Spaghetti Meatballs5) Dark Ale5) Blueberry aleTo start with I am not a big fan of IBC’s brews (Doolally is still my favourite) and find none of them appealing to my palate. But the dark ale was not half bad – 3/5 for me. The blueberry one was too sour for my liking 2/5.Frankly, the food was also quite disappointing especially the nachos (1/5)- the Adobo flavour was just to overpowering and the spaghetti meatballs (2.5/5)- the sauce could have a better consistency. Mutton Samosas (3/5) weren’t bad with a very nice tamrind chutney.Ambience is good. Decent amount of car parking also available with valet services if you want.The place is on the pricy side and did not find it value for money. There are better options near by in Balewadi highs street.
