I have nothing but only praise for this place. In Baner this is a very spacious resturant unlike many conjested places which is definitely a plus point. The ambience is colourful and vibrant and what I loved the most is thier seating options. These people let you choose where ypu want to sit & the service is also good.Menu is as intresting as this place is. I like the way they have fused Italian ingredients with Punjabi popular food. In a span of a week I visisted twice, ate veg and non veg absolutely loved both. I just hope in the long run they maintain taste, quality and hygine.
This place was on my list from a long time and I recently got a chance to visit on a Friday night. The place was not too crowded and the first impression of the interior looked good. As you enter, you can a large area where the tables are stuck to the corner of the walls, which felt a bit odd. We were two people and wanted to sit somewhere in the inner part of the restaurant where they have some creative seating area, but we were firmly stopped by the staff and told to sit on the table right next to the door. They told all the other tables are occupied, when I could clearly see some empty tables inside! Then, we got an uncleaned table which we had to change. So yeah, the start wasn’t so great!Coming to the food, we ordered Cheese Garlic Bread, Classic Hot Chocolate, Paneer Tikka Canneloni, Chicken Tikka Lasagne and Gajar Halwa with Brownie and Vanilla Ice cream. The garlic bread was good in taste and the bread qas quite soft. Hot chocolate was okayish, I feel it could have been thicker, which would make it taste more like chocolate instead of bournvita. The Paneer Tikka Canneloni was disappointing. It had too much veggies and masala into it and tasted more like some street food. The chicken lasagne was really good in taste and quantity. They could add some more cheese to it, but it is still a must-try in its current form. The dessert we had was also good.Overall, the place is decent and interiors are well designed. I still feel they do not justify their name, as the amalgamation of Italy and Punjab is not really there as the name suggests. May be, the staff behaviour is not always the way I experienced, so wouldn’t cut points for that! 🙂
As the name says, this place is fusion of punjabi food with italian food and i must say its a damn good combination .The ambiance of the place is nicely built and instagram-able . They have personal cabanas where 7-8 people can accommodate easily and tables with swings as well . Lets come to the real deal – FOODThe menu is extensive and so was our order . We started off with minestrone verde and smoked pepper n chicken soup . Both were really nice , came nice on the tongue as flavours were rich, Starters-Corn potato fritters – These were really good , crispy and gooey . loved the texture and when dipped in mayo , these were amazing!Paneer basil tikka – It was nice in taste but a bit harder to chew , i guess it got tandoor-ed a bit longer than it should have . Marination was to the point .Chicken dildar- This made me remind my days back in punjab when we used to hit streets for some desi food . Flavours were so authentic that you will end up ordering it again. BBQ chicken rolly polly – The sauce of it , it took the taste of chicken to another level . This should be the signature dish served here. Mains – Along with Dal makhani , i had to order makhani chooza . Dal makhani had some rich taste but it could have been more buttery , it lacked that buttery flaour but still i think it was pretty good. Makhani chooza was a bit on sweeter side and i really dont think thats how butter chicken is if you are a fan of punjabi food but i liked that the gravy was enriched with pretty good consistency. Desserts – Chocolate mousse – LOVED IT . its a must order here , Less sugar , more chocolate . just perfect!Baked lassi – It was pungent and i kind of didn’t like the concept . Not recommended .Masala Chai panna cotta – this was something different , i liked the flavours because i am a chai lover but i am not really sure about the panna cotta . It can be tried though .Overall – Its a nice place to chill with family , groups or ‘bae’ . pocket friendly and keeps your taste buds satisfied.PS – Do try the Oreo chocolate shake!
Had gone for a quick bite in between some odd jobs so didn’t order much. The place has a nice feel to it. Conducive to a gathering of friends. Wasn’t crowded. The service was fast. We ordered 2 starters one the Tandoori Chicken Khurchan which was tasty and optimally cooked. The other was the Pesto Chicken Skewers. It was slightly overcooked and hence chewy. The flavour was good but would have done with a bit more of the pesto. Quantity of both dishes was sufficient.
