This place is situated around Balewadi High Street. It is very spacious and has different sections like lawn, open bar, closed air-conditioned space. The menu is primarily non-veg. They have a variety of drinks as well. Service is quick but the food quality is not as was expected. We ordered Goan Fish curry but the tinge of Goan Curry was missing.
Situated among the restaurants on Balewadi high Street, Manali restobar stands out with its wooden interiors, giving you a feel of Manali. It is a huge sprawling area with parking inside. You can spot various sections like the family section, buffet section, semi-rooftop section and a long bar. The food, drinks and ambience are actually worth for the prices on the menu. The drinks are pretty great. The food menu features a variety of food ranging from indo-chinese to malvani and punjabi. I loved the seafood menu here. The Surmai rava fry and fish curry is to die for! The dessert menu features some popular dishes like the sizzling brownie and gulab jamun.Overall, it acts as a family-friendly place and one to hang out with friends as well.
Nice and pleasant atmosphere. Tasty food . Humble staff.
Had heard really good things about this place and on that basis we decided to go this place for team lunch .Ambience is good and it’s spacious too.Food quality i would say ok as:1. Had ordered roomali roti and it was so thick and half cooked2. Chicken starters were saltyMy experience was ok .
We decided to dine in here on saturday for one of our friends house warming party. We waited for almost 30 minutes before we got the seat. The staff was so rude that they even denied for setting up the table since we were around 10 people. We needed big space. We even called the manager and complained but he was also not ready to listen as the restaurant was jam packed.Coming to food-We ordered lemon coriander soup which was bald and not good in the taste. Tomato soup was okaish. In the starters we ordered Chilly Cheese toast, Chilly Paneer Dry. Cheese chilly toast only had chillies no cheese and was served luke warm and it was soggy.Chilly paneer on the other side was good in taste. In the main course we ordered salads, indian curries both veg and non veg.We tried their murg musalman – Huge quantity was severed but again taste wise it was not going with my palate. Same was with vegetarian curries.
