I has ordered sourg indian snack of 400 rupees. Money was deducted immediately. I have given current gps location as delivery address. Given Apartment name and landmark also. Still delivery boy went to wrong address. After multiple calls to the restaurant and Zomato, I did not get my order. After complaining to zomato, they said to go to pick up location which is 2.5 kms from my home and collect at 9:30pm. I had kids and old parents at home. How can they be so inhumane. I requested restaurant to deliver food if it comes in delivered. But restaurant owner said, they don’t get it back. I lost my money, no dinner for the whole family. Absolutely disgusting behaviour by zomato rep on call and the equally un ethical restaurant owners
