I have purchased cake from cake art at two different occasions. I must agree that their cakes are soft and moist. I have tried their fruit exotica and Irish coffee cakes. Their cakes do not have too much of cream which is positive.I was bit disappointed with their packaging. The cake that I received was bit dismantled. They need to work on the packaging area. Rest looks good.

They customise the cake exactly as per your expectations and suggest additional ideas that fit your requirements.It’s a pure veg cake shop that comes with a varied range of delicious flavors.The owner and the staff are very courteous.I definitely recommend this shop for your next cake order for any occasion.
The cake box was damaged on top and side which spoiled the cake. The delivery boy blamed Cake Art and Cake Art blamed delivery boy for not taking care. At the end I had to bear the loss. Extremely disappointing as we couldn’t use the cake the way we wanted and ruined our birthday celebration.
Review No 533: We happened to bump into this place out of sheer luck whilst looking for a cake shop which would do deliveries even post 10pm in the night. The next good thing was that we got the cake we were looking for i.e. Silk Chocolate Cake. So, for both these things, definitely additional points. So, the cake came in good time, was not damaged in transit. From a set up perspective, the cake was decorated well and looked inviting. However, even though the cake was able to hold on to its own post being sliced, the taste was a letdown.In spite of being Silk Chocolate, there was a void on the sweetness and the silk chocolate flavour in the taste thereafter. With so many children’s birthday in my neighborhood this month, I’ve been to quite a few bakeries and from this latest set of experiences, I can tell for sure that this Silk Chocolate cake was a bit of a letdown for us. Price: For approx. Rs 400/- per 1/2 KG, the price was definitely in line. Service: Was prompt in getting the order released on time and meeting the TAT as well. Here’s our ratings so far on the experience at Cake Art. Food: 3/5 Price: 3.5/5 Service: 3.5/5 Ambience: 3/5 (Keeping this neutral as it was a take away). ***************** Overall: 3.33/5 (rounding this off to 3 as per the latest rating system on Zomato)
