One of the amazing 5 star hotels I have ever been to. The rooms are amazing for a chilled weekend away from home. Absolutely outstanding experience, over all ambience was really admirable. Excellent room service. Well organised gym, game zone, spa and pool.Excellent rooms, conference area, banquet and the guest area. Restaurant food is totally delicious. Brunch menu has lot of tasty vegetarian food.Your search for a perfect weekend getaway ends here!
I had been to this place yesterday along with my family and family freinds. This place is very on interior side. Though we were loking for Alacarte but upon continuous forcing from staff we landed up in taking buffet..which was not at all good choice. We were in mood of taking beer and ordered Heineken according to bar menu. but to our surprise only kingfisher was available which i never liked this brand.. All my mood got spolied at that time only. In buffet they have very less varieties and that too not tasty. They have 2 soups , 2 type of veg starters , 2 Non veg starters, 3 non veg main course , 4 veg main course and 3 desserts only this much and that too in more than 500 bugs.. not at all worth. Their staff is not professional and some times they irritate also on continuous pushing of the items to serve. It took almost 30 mins to serve first starter even though there were hardly 5 to 10 peoples only.over all very bad experience and will not visit again even if they serve complimentory..

In-house spa is a little expensive, not sure if it’s worth it.
Had an amazing weekend at United 21, The Grand. The fact that it is situated on hill top of Baner makes it a perfect destination for a weekend chill. The spacious rooms with an amazing view of the city was a cherry on the cake. Apart from the great services the lip smacking food served was totally delicious. United21 is your complete destination once you get in you don’t need to go out for anything. A must visit place in Pune for a lovely luxurious experience.
Fantastic restaurant. I visited here on my birthday. The manager gifted me a cake and we did cake cutting celebration along with the staff team. There were variety of food for buffet and all items were delicious. The ambience of hotel was really adorable and hotel is very huge with its own night club. Night club is dome shape. As we visited here in day time but we were curious to see the night club and so hotel manager took us to the night club and they played one song as well.
Great Ambience. Great Food. ExquisitenessLovely Hospitality. Recently I had a chance to visit Hotel United 21- The Grand and I must say in every sense they make sure they are Grand. Firstly I loved the Ambience of the Hotel. Starting from the Huge Lobby, to long corridors to ambient space, everything here is actual Grand. Next I happened to visit their pool side area which is on the 3rd Floor. And I must say the pool has an exotic feel and the view at the pool side is just marvellous. To add to the impressive experience is the Kinnaree spa which is just adjacent to the pool and it is not less than a wonder I must say. The moment you step in, you are in a totally different space al together and most importantly the staff members are so helpful and informative, that you feel at home. On the last floor of the Hotel is their Terrace Banquet which has a sitting capacity of more than 500 pax and as everything at United 21 is grand, this too is huge, literally huge with nature at its view. It feels marvellous.The next I visited the Executive and the Presidential suites and I must say, the presidential suite is what stole my heart away. It is one of the must visit places here.. You will literally feel at home and will want to stay back there. Lastly, we entered the chef’s zone and to be honest to myself and you all, how much ever I praise this place, will be less.. I have been to many Hotels across places and one thing I am always skeptical is about food quality in those hotels. So I was in the same mindframe when I entered. But to my surprise, I was proven wrong by the chef’s paradise. I tasted lot of dishes to satisfy my hunger and also to make sure my verdict is changed from not so good to amazing. And I will tell you friends, I totally loved each dish that I had. Right from Indian, to Chinese, to continental to mocktails to salads and finally deserts, I had them all and not even a single dish I could point out wasn’t good enough. So it was all-in-all a luxurious and wonderful experience to be here. And that’s why I will surely rate this place 5 on 5 and a sure thumbs up. Cheerzz!!!
