We ordered Veg Maratha Delight, i which the tikki was totally bad and the vegetables in tikki were totally rotten and they didnt even responded us when we were going to complain this with their managerAs we were searching manager for giving feedback, they said manager will come at 2 hours later, worst service, will request people to not come here againimprove service also and respect your guests otherwise soon this hotel will get closed because of maximum negative rating worst expirience

Please please stick to the Indian food that they are good at. Their ITALIAN CUISINE is absolutely PATHETIC! an insult to the Italians! this restaurant has a disastrous version of Italian cuisine, no where near Italy. From the Baked Dishes category, I had ordered a Vegetable Au Gratin, misspelled on the menu which actually should have been a pointer/warning not to order anything that has been misspelled on a menu, my golden rule. The baked vegetable was pathetic, the choices of vegetables were poor, no broccoli, corn, cauliflower, or even potatoes, just a smooth white sauce with no cheese and only carrots, looked like leftover boiled vegetables were put in together!
This place has nice serene ambience, perfect for date. But it is a little overpriced place than normal places. Some of the dishes specially in non-veg(chicken) really taste good. The service is quick and polite.
Service and staff should be pro-active
I ordered for chicken clear soup. What a got was salt water with some crumbs of chicken in it. I ate those little chicken crumbs, left the salt water behind, paid the bill & left. Before this disaster happen, they were keen on offering me a candle light experience & similar scary stuff- which is perpetual nonsense. All in all, this place is not recommended, unless you want to cut time along a hill top!!
I planned a family get together at garden court. For that I called them 1 day before to make sure they serve snacks n tea, coffee at 4pm. On phone they said no problem but when we reached there they denied us stating that OWNER HAS GIVEN THEM STRICT INSTRUCTIONS THAT NOT TO SERVE TEA COFFEE (LUNCH IS CUMPULSARY). I asked them to give higher authority number or owners number for that also they denied us. Had terrible experience. How can hotel management denies there guest? I hope this review reaches to concern person. N also in there menu card they have written the timings for tea n coffee as 11 to 7 pm.
