Hey friends, i got to visit this amazing chocolate making place, which serves and and deliver amazing chocolate whoch you wont get anywhere in the town. If you are real chocolate lover then you can visit them and also see how real chocolate is made. And whats the difference between real chocolate and the chocolate we get in the market.The onwer of this place is so polite and tallented. She know everything related to chocolate, its basics.We got to prepare and taste 3-4 different types of chocolates.My most fav from the list was White chocolate. Also rum fruit chocolates where amazing.If you are real chocolate lover, den must visit and taste their amazing variety.

Recently visited Briju’s Patisserie for chocolate making workshop.The time we entered that place, we were questioned with some chocolate facts. What is difference between Chocolates made from Cocoa butter and Chocolates made from Compound substance ?In market, Majority of brands provide Chocolate which is made from compound substances. But trust me, that is not purest form of Chocolate. With deep knowledge about chocolates from Briju mam I can definitely define and feel what pure chocolate is all about.The chocolates which are easily available by big brands in market is usually made up with compounds of sugar and fats like palm oil etc. The taste is like regular chocolates unless we have knowledge about it. The original chocolate contains cocoa butter.How to identify which is pure form of chocolate?? The pure chocolate will melt easily in our mouth. As the melting point of chocolate is 32 degrees while average body temperature is 36 degrees.Also you can rub in with two fingers, if it melts easily then it’s pure form of chocolate. Chocolates are in pure form if it contains more than 55% cocoa. Whereas, the compound chocolate will not melt easily and it will have more sugar content.In workshop, we learned how to make different bonbon chocolates, dryfruit chocolates, milk chocolate. We made some classy passion fruit bonbon chocolates, almond bonbon chocolates.Also Briju offered delicious Dark Chocolate brownie for us which was drooling. I will definitely visit her place again for that delicious brownie.A perfect place for all chocolate lovers, you must treat yourself with pure chocolates which will please your tastebuds for sure.
I had this absolutely amazing experience at Briju’s Patisserie.I am a crazy addict of chocolate, but this experience not only taught me how to make good chocolate, but it also helped me understand the different qualities.The brownies by her are also extraordinary. They are very rich and soft.This workshop was a complete package of knowledge sessions, Q&As, chocolate designing and ofcourse eating a lot of chocolatey delicacies.I can’t wait to try out the remaining flavours.She knows her chocolates and from one artist to another, I could really see the love she has for her art. She could, as i do with my jewellery or sketches or paints, spend hours alone with her chocolate babies.
Are you eating a real choclate just ask yourself this? Is it a compound or choclate. Even I hadn’t idea about it until we met Briju mam. She Can tell you how the real choclate tastes like. Never seen someone So passionate about the choclate.Trust me my friend it’s an art & she is master in it. Right from setting perfect texture to putting in it mould takes lots of effort.We made dark chocolate Bonbon with ganache init. The white chocolate. The Nutella cheesecake Brownie Never had such a rich brownie. Perfectly spongy & with lots of NutellaYou must definitely try her choclate & also she conducts workshop of it to how to make a real choclate. If you are fan of choclate you definitely need to go there have a workshop & taste the delicious flavour of it
