Overall food was ok. However we found insects in pasta. Didn’t upload the photos as it appeared horrible. Showed it to manager. He was happy that it was an insect but not a “cockroach”
The only place in town to make you embarresed in front of your guests.It was my mom’s 50th birthday and we came here for family dinner.I have visited this place before and had loved the place. But this time it was a complete different scenario.After 20mins of sitting on a table and asking for water we got two bottles. No glasses..Then after asking for glasses 3-4times we got glasses with filtered water . We were 12 people and we got 6 glasses on the table.Food wasn’t served in proper order.We asked for lemon with soups, we got it with main course.Starters were served after the main course plates were placed.Rotis were served in the full plates and not the quarter plates.We asked him to clear the table and this is how his cleared table looked like (picture attached)I have never been so embarrassed in front of anyone in matters of restaurants.. but this has been the worst experience.Asked something to the waiter and he says madam aaj bohot busy tha to service esi hogai.No complain about the food quality but service matters when you pay for it.
The service is very bad and very late as well . No management at all. The view is very nice ,must visit in rainy season but food is not good . The biryani was worst . Ambience is good.
We, a group of 20 friends went to spend half a day. Our package included swimming and lunch at the place. Everything was pitch perfect. From the hospitality, the food and to the facilities. The place is very budget friendly for the kind of service it offers. Definitely recommend going here. Prompt service. Very polite staff. Pool was good for family/friends outing. The location and view was priceless.
