The PCMC has grown quickly within couple of decade and the Moshi is one among them. As the part of town is expanding, demand for good place to spend quality of times with great food with family or friends is always. The restaurant promised to fullfill the need of the people which is just open at the prime location of Pune Nasik highway which is plus point, but it was more interesting that it focus on every thing from vibes to food and all what you want is on the one roof.As there is a lot to say about other details but let start with food first. We do savour some of the delicacy which is quite impressive. So let’s begin.Berry Passion:Just order this, simple and quite delicious. Little frothy on top, well sweetness and have berry fruit flavors in it, very well presented. Do try this here.Heading to appetizer, we had.Hong Kong Paneer:The paneer finger coated well, proper deep fry and sautéed well in sweet and sour sauce well balance. Balances well in sweetness and sourness, while paneer finger not loosed it texture still soft from inside, cashew on top was little fried helps it to give more flavors. Very well done and recommend to try this.Bharwa Aaloo:Undoubtedly, potato dishes are too good and yes it leaves impression here too. Potatoes was well cooked to perfection with fillings of mashed potatoes and slightly crumbled paneer, slight tangy but spicy absorb all the masala sure to keep you going on with spicy masala onions ring, slight spicy mint chutney and lemon wedges. Recommend to have this.Rajma Galouti:Not much rajma lover but for me it was good. Just melt in mouth and balanced well with spices. Not too spicy but good, did well with mint chutney and salad served with. Just made for rajma fans or those who crave for veg galouti may check this.Murgh Nawabi Tikka:Yes, this is what I need. Kebabs were cooked to perfection well balanced of marination with spices taste mild spicy and char flavored makes it more delicious. Serves along with mint chutney and slight creamy and little sweet raita both help to enhance the more flavors to make it succulent bite. What I love is the presentation too. Don’t miss this here.Matka Murgh:Creamy chicken cooked in the earthen pot is just too delicious. Chicken absorbed all the flavoured of spices and so well tendered that it just break in mouth with creamy and mellow flavors with little sweetness from fried onions. This one recommended too.Afghani Murgh:Chicken was tandoor well with Afghani marination, mild spicy in taste with little aroma of mint but miss the aroma of kasturi meethi. Chicken was still juicy, well tender and tasty. Presentation does well with little more live smoke flavors. Serves with mint chutney and creamy sweet yoghurt chutney with masala onion rings and lemon. Can give an try.Gosht Gilafi Seekh:Just regular mutton seekh kebab with minced all colors bell pepper well prepared in the spiciness have the flavors of cheese taste medium spicy, moist and juicy. Can’t terms it dissolve in mouth but assured to soothes palates with all of its flavors. Serves with mint chutney and masala onions. Definitely check this here.Heading to main course we had.Gulnar Kofta Curry:The mild spicy yoghurt tomatoes based red gravy cooked with spinach and crumbles paneer deep fried koftas were absolutely fine, little thick and creamy in consistency well prepared all balanced in flavors, spices. Can have it here.Peshawari Mix Veg:The veggies prepared in yellow gravy, but veggies not absorbed the spices but little crunch in veggies was maintained. Gravy taste little spicy with coriander and green chilies. Definitely try this.Bhatti ka Murgh Masala:Just basic preparation of regular chicken masala but what make it interesting is chicken charred grill first and later cooked in earthen pots. The charred and succulent chicken with well coated of masala gives it more flavors and gravy goes to next level. This is one I highly recommend to try here.Gosht LucknowiWell tenderized mutton but too much of bone pieces, taste mild spicy prepared with yoghurt marination not too good but can be do well. Didn’t work well, mutton need to be absorbed more flavors.Assorted Roti Basket:Tandoori Roti, Missi Roti, Plain Kulcha, Naan all were good. I prefer for Naan and Tandoori Roti.Chicken BiryaniTo be honest I prefer to have biryani from the caterers or the biryani house and avoid eating in fine dine restaurant, but this biryani totally change my mindset. As it was unveiled and begin to serve on table the aromatic rice had space up in my bellies. Chicken cooked with ghee and Fried onion was so well tenderized that it threaded easily and well cooked aromatic rice can’t stop me to keep having it (trust me I drooled over while writing this). The gravy served along with mellow in flavor of onion-tomatoes based gravy and enhance the taste when added to biryani, raita was good with fine chopped onion tomatoes little more salty side. But this biryani don’t need any accompaniment it is just good in itself. You can’t missed this here. After such meals dessert can’t be missed, so both of them done well.Chocolate Mousse:Slightly creamy, chocolatey, thick and airy just perfect but too sweet for my palates need to be little bitterness from my recommendation. But plated well with crispy chocolate wafer sticks and white chocolate. Can give an try for once.Blueberry Cheese Cake:Just regular but quite delicious. Graham cracker crumbs layered with slight soft and easily breakable airy cream cheese topped with slight sweet and sour spread on top are too good you can’t miss such dessert here. Just an happy way to end up meal.Chef Rahul and team has certainly curated well menu to serve the customer. All dishes which served was an example of passion and dedication by the team. Not to forget to mention service given by the Alif Khan and his team is totally appreciable. As on now, they are running 5 Course Lunch meal from Monday to Saturday at price of ₹399 for Veg and ₹499 for Non Veg exclusive of taxes. As mention earlier the ambience of the fine dine area is quite impressive, theme based on free caged bird and hanging bird origami on celling and the hanging lamps with low powered light is sure an eye catchy and make feels you relaxed. The place also have the banquet facilities to serves approx 150 person with good ambience in basement area also they are planning for rooftop to sheesha lounge area which soon be live. The place is certainly looks promising and we wishes to serve long to us. Good luck for the upcoming years.Happy Eating!
