The quality has deteriorated in terms of quality, taste, service and hygiene.Taste: the taste is not good as it was earlier, definitely not the Maharashtrian typeQuality: adding too much of oil doesn’t make food tasty.Hygiene: plates not clean enough, tables had a thin layer of dustService: Pathetic, 10 servers at a time are serving food in the plate anywhere and everywhere, squeezing the customers, serving across the table, and THROWING chapati/papad in the serving plates.This is not the Maharashtra custom, please make improvements.

A nice place to have marathi veg food a bit village style. For non mharashtrians – Marathi food is equated with non veg delicacies but here you get a good veg fair. These guys do not think twice before putting a big dollop of loni (desi butter) on your bhakri. You can relax post lunch in their backyard which is filled with greenary. Overall a nice place to catch up with family and friends in a simple rustic setting.
Anandwan, Gokhale mala is located on alandi road, Pune. it’s a good place for family lunch. They sarv yummy maharashtrian dishes like pithala, thecha, kadhi, bhakari with Loni, chapati, dal rice and Shrikhand. Shrikhand was very delicious with proper sweetness. After having lunch u can relax on khatiyas under guava trees. This place is kids friendly. Good for family outing.
