Alag Che a newly opened outlet in Hiranandani Estate near the Arcadia Circle. The outlet majorly serves street food and have also have some new combinations and experimental dishes which one can try here.The outlet has outdoor seatings only and its small and sweet. We were just here to have some snacks here but by going to their menu could not opt out what to try as every section in their menu has some or the other new dish to try.So we started of with some Hummus Vada Pav yes you heard it right its hummus Vada Pav but the hummus used was different from usual as they have also mixed some finely chopped cabbage and capsicum to the hummus to bring a crunchyness to the Vada Pav.Also tried their Special Rajasthan Raj Kachori from their Chaat Menu. And could say that the one kachori itself is a beast and impossible to finish by one. This was the best dish of the day.And the main dish which the owner has itself experimented and added to their menu is Butter Cookie masaledaar Paneer pizza which has a Butter cookie base topped with pizza sauces, cheese and paneer baked and served. In every bite one can enjoy the spicyness of the masala paneer, tangyness of pizza sauce and the sweetness of the butter cookie. It was literally something new to my taste buds and would surely visit again to try this and other such varieties of food.Overall experienceFood 4.5/5Service 4/5

As the name says, this fast food corner has different menu and they have made sure it soothes the indian taste buds.We had● Masala Chataka vada pav● Cookie pizza● Vanilla masala rollI wish i cud try more but al these were so filling that cudnt try the other dishes.It’s definitely worth the money and its pure veg.Must visit this joint for some lip smacking food
Vanilla Sweet and Spicy ToastieAlag Chhe – Means Itz different and true to their name.On owners recommendations tried this Vanilla Sweet and Spicy Toastie. This was full of flavours blasting, topped with marinated paneer capsicum and onion. Wonderful combination of sweet vanilla bread and Spicy on top was a treat all by itself.Must must try this small joint but full of wonderful flavours and combination that we wouldn’t have thought of.
