As the name says, it’s really different, rather unique. The tagline says that it’s non-authentic and I had no idea that mixing and matching the desi and videsi ingredients can make such delicious dishes. I had peri peri pita wada and salsa pita vada. I had no expectations in my mind and to my surprise, both the items were unique and yummy. Also they make everything fresh. I was observing everything through the see through kitchen and I saw him make the pita bread in the oven , fry the vada etc. Hygiene is maintained. I would definitely visit them again to try their red velvet dhokla and French fries bhel.

Everything on d menu tastes great. N v got a complimentary French fries bhel.. Plus d place is pocket friendly n dipen even delivers at d most weird of locations!! A must visit on Baroda s foodie list!

The food indeed was both, different from all the routine bites and with the unique taste that remained for a while! We tried Piri Piri Pitavada. Photos attached! Shall go again.
Alag che (it’s different) stays true to its same. Cuisine would be the fast food variety and chef Dipen packs flavor, love and ensures you wanting more. Full marks for a very fresh dough and wonderful taste of the filling.Truly enjoyed the short time spent in devouring the rolls. Barodaites, it’s yummy tummy time
New Kid on the block. Alag Che presents food items with a twist. New items on the menu rarely heard of or probably never. Went there few days back and had a chat with the owner regarding what to order and after a quick talk ordered a Manchurian Pita Vada . The pita vada was huge and delicious. The Manchurian sauce prepared and used was perfect . Before ordering thought that the size would be similar to a vada pav but on receiving the Pita Vada the image of Vada Pav vanished. A mini-meal in itself. Even the cost of the food items would not damage your wallet. On my next visit will try out the special Item they prepare ~ Red Velvet Dhokla ~Do visit *Highly Recommended*.
