Went there for a short date with fiance as we were invited there. We had the maharashtrian mutter kachori and sol kadhi to go. It was just so delicious. the kachori was crispy from outside and spicy, tandy taste of the filling just melted in the mouth. And solkadhi was one of the most authentic ones tasted in the city. Plus the decor was something to really look at. Proper maharashtrian vada feels. The staff was really courteous as well. Had a talk with manager too and had a really good experience.

Purnabramha is authentic maharatrian cuisine. We had a great dinner there. Tried mas vadi, pudachi vadi, mutter kachori, piyush, solkadhi and a thali. Pudachi vadi was very unique and tasted very first time. Even the mas vadi was unique. Thali was very elaborate with sabudana vada and bhaji. The pithala was very tasty. The Rajgira shira was new to taste. Basundi was nice with less sweetness suits my taste. Overall a good experiance. If you want to try very different and unique marathi delicacies then this is the place for you. I will try other dishes next time.
Finally visited the famous Purnabramha owned by Jayanti Kathale, which is opened in Thane too. The menu boasts of pure vegetarian Maharashtrian delicacies including kothimbir vadi, Puran poli and sol kadhi. Ambience is pleasant with the decor reminding you of Maharashtrian culture. They even have a Diwan style sitting arrangement. We ordered the vada platter which had all the types of wadas in the Maharashtrian menu. Batata wada, sabudana wada, Kanda bhaji and so on. Overall the flavours are delicious but slightly spicy to my liking. Service is pretty good though it can get a bit slow on weekends. For main course, we ordered the Curry Aaloo, Bharli vaangi, pithla, batatyachi bhaaji. The portions are pretty big so order accordingly. Definitely worth a visit once to experience the Purnabramha legacy.
