Bhujbal Bandhu-Hotel Super ShrirajKaspate Wasti Rd, Near Green Valley Bldg, Kaspate Wasti, Wakad, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra 411057If you’re looking for a place where you’ll get homely gavran food then you should visit Super shriraj at least once. I’ve been here multiple times and my experience was super satisfying most of the times. Their specialty and my go-to dish here is Mutton Kharda, the balance of each and every element is so perfect that every single flavor makes their presence. This time I was with all the vegetarians so I had to order all the veg fare. We opted for Gavran Matki masala, Maswadi rice plate, and Shev bhaji rice plate.Gavran Matki – The matki you get here has a nice gavran flavor and spices are on point. It’s on the milder side but does the work. Goes perfect with bhakri or chapati.Maswadi – My personal favorite. If you love non-veg and then you will definitely enjoy this. I will definitely prefer having maswadi instead of non-veg dish. The maswadi you get here have a soft bason outer coating with a nice amount of filling to give a proper flavor. The coating wasn’t thick which is a good thing. The maswadi was given with a slightly spicier rassa which was again perfect on the point. The rassa had a nice flavor of blended masala in it and a slight spick tick at the end of every bite. The combination of maswadi and rassa is heavenly delicious.Shevbhaji – Again something worth trying here. Most of the times whenever I had it I found it dry and the dryness didn’t appeal to my taste buds. Here the situation was different, the shev bhaji was good had a nice medium thick masala in it which kept it wet. The masala had a nice unique gavran flavor and slight spiciness at the end. If you love shevbhaji and can’t have spicy one then definitely try the one you get here.My experience was good and as I said whenever I crave for Maharashtrian gavran cuisine I first go to Super Shriraj as it’s near and satisfies my cravings all the time.Total Damage – 1200/- ( for 5)
