Tried Kansas style ribs. It was delicious. Meat was cooked perfectly. Sauce was really good.
I tried the Pulled Pork. The food was packed reasonably well. However there was some oil leaking. A single portion is priced at Rupees 349. The quality of pork is good with a good meat and fat ratio. The meat was tender and the sauce was good. However in my opinion the quantity was less for the price.
Ordered the Kansan style spare ribs full rack. DELICIOUS!!! I would have avoided this place according to the previous Zomato review, but I know that in India better not to trust reviews regarding meat (and pizza). Believe me, I come from the Italian Porkland (where they produce Parma Ham) and this restaurant offers extremely good pork. Pity they were out of stock of beef ribs.Again: amazing experience
