My regular watering hole in Khar. I have eaten:Prawn koliwada – good quantity, and fresh, but no surprise as fishermans’ colony is nearby(see pic)Chicken tikka – best item (see pic)Shezwan chicken – avoidchicken chili (see pic)Chicken manchurian (See pic) Garlic Chicken (see pic)Chicken manchow soup – nice and thick(see pic)Chicken spring roll – ok, nothing special(see pic)The seafood is really fresh, so fresh it tries to escape the kitchen(see pic)They have an AC section on top and non-ac section on ground floor(and basement?) In case you are going to Jam room Khar for a jam session or searching for Dhanoo Dhaba, Maakapow! or Oye Paratha restaurants for takeaway, the restaurants operate from the jam room and that is 2 buildings apart from Sunraj(the logo of Maakapow! is on the door){see pic}. Perfect place for tired musicians finished rocking out and people waiting for their parcels.Word of warning the bathroom in the non ac section is gross and there is no water sometimes. Location: just take the right immediately after the mandir in khar danda, its on the right hand sideDecor: dingy is a compliment for this placeService: they treat me like a King, but then i come here every weekendVFM: absolutely

This is a very small sized restaurant at Khar (west) Decent food, cheap priced drinks and very old hindi movie themed bar with a TV showing all old hindi movie songs. So when your budget is less but u still like giving a treat then this is a place for u. PS don’t get your expectations too high and also not a place for everyone.
Nice bar have drinking n smoking facilities where u can enjoy ur drinks at cheaper n best quality of food staff also very polite n humble service vise perfect
This is one place I love. Pocket friendly quarter system with super fast service n good food. I don’t know but there’s some good vibe about quarter system joints. You have these pretty good old staff, decent food, good snacks, great service n pocket friendly pricing. One can be noisy and laugh loudly. Everything we had was great be it surmai fry (extra large), chicken 65, prawns koliwada etc etc. Though I personally love the chana masala here. We finished with quiet a few quarters of whiskey, rum n vodka with some Dal khichdi and lovely palak khichdi. Mr. Manoj the owner is a pretty cool n friendly guy.
