  Trying to catch up with the gajar halwa season and found the yummiest gajar halwa around! I was disappointed by the portion size that was apparently for two but it was oh so good!

  One of the good delivery kitchens, the Charcoal kitchen is one of the best which offers kebabs, biryanis and other delicious dishes. I had the simple and often ordered Tandoori aloo, the masala didn’t overpower the taste of aloo at all and the aloo was cooked just right, and had a smoky flavour, I couldn’t get enough. Going with that, I just had to order a biryani, so I pick the Soya dumBiryani, made very well, and there wasn’t too much oil, the biryani was well balanced and just as tasty.   If you often ordering, this is a very good option for you. Offering a lot of vegetarian options, this delivery kitchen doesn’t disappoint when it comes to food and service. The food came in hot, and the moment you open the container, a delicious aroma spreads everywhere. The food was free from too much fat, no excessive floating oil, I didn’t have to feel too guiltywhat to orderTo begin with, I went with some nice Malai Seekh kebabs, The tender pieces just melt in your mouth. I definitely recommend I was in the mood for something simple, so I ordered the bhune pyaaz ka pulao and Yellow dal tadka, and while it looked simple, the rice had a lot of flavours that went together beautifully with the dal. The dal was tender and very flavourful too, really satisfying for when you’re hoping to eat something comfortingOverall, an excellent delivery kitchen that will change your negative perspective for them. Worth every penny you put in for the delicious food

  Being on a hunt for a good delivery kitchen, we couldn’t skip out on The Charcoal Kitchen. The quantity was good, enough for 4. And the quality was exceptional. You could tell that it was cooked properly.Murgh Kalimiri Tikka: the succulent pieces of chicken with spicy pepper was the perfect start. Couldn’t stop eating 4.5/5Soya Keema Roll: the keema was cooked really well. The roll was big and flavorful. 4.5/5Mirch ka Salan: This curry was spicy and full of flavor. Hard for people who can’t take spice. 5/5Murgh Masalam: The classic curry done right, this dish was just right for all.We had these with the khamiri roti, and paneer stuffed paratha. An excellent choice.Gajar ka Halwa: the perfect sweet ending. Not too sweet though, very satisfied.You must order from here to enjoy some amazing food, they will satisfy your major mughlai cuisine cravings.
