One of the worst CCD’s that I’ve been to in Mumbai. The price is so overboard that it does not match the product. A basic cappuccino is priced at 350 rupees plus additional tax, which is absolutely not worth it. Moreover they don’t even have certain items on their menu, i.e the tropical iceberg that I ordered. Also inspite of me having the CCD app, I was still denied using my beans and paying from it because apparently they had already taken out the bill and hadn’t even informed me about the same. Really bad service and definitely not worth it.

Not only were they overpriced but also very mediocre in taste. Was quite disappointed with the experience.
A fancy name and premium ambience mean nothing if you don’t have the service to back it up. The waiters here are rude, messing up orders or completely forgetting about them is considered normal. I have been here twice and was met with appalling service both times.Don’t expect better service or food simply because it’s called The Square, it’s still very much your regular CCD. Or maybe even worse.
