Auber gin is one of the awesome and one of the best restaurant i could even ever visit the ambience of the restaurant was so luxurious like the seating arrangement and the the lightings, first of all they have huge windows which just fills the whole restaurant with the day light and makes the atmosphere pleasant. The food was also very good and it was totally perfect i had ordered 1x Chicken pizza which was damn yummy. The butter garlic prawns were also so tasty like the buttery taste which they give and the cheesecake everything was so awesome and was soo good that words will even fall shorter in order to describe my such a wonderful experience.

It’s one of the best I’ve had and I’ll be making my way here again for more.Classic Tacos : We ordered the Jain variant and let me tell you, these bite sized tacos are a must have! Full of flavor and yet balanced in taste.Cream cheese Bagel : If you’re here for a meal, do try the bagels. They’re incredibly light and yet taste really good.Paneer Ratatouille : Seasoned and Grilled Paneer with veggies and a tomato sauce. The paneer was really well cooked, incredibly soft and well marinated. Must have.This is a great place to go with your friends or family. Auber Gin is a recently opened restaurant located at the prime location of Breach Candy. It’s at the first of Sky Bay. The ambience is quite cool with pastel green interiors. They serve some European Mediterranean Cuisine.The staff is quite helpful and decent. They know exactly what you need. The service is very quick and perfect.Coming towards the food. We orderedAubergine Sliders: This is mini burgers with charcoal flavoured buns. The patty is crisp from outside and soft and delicious from inside. It is a must try dish at Auber Gin. The charcoal flavoured bun didn’t change the taste of the dish. It is served with some crisp French fries which makes this dish complete packageSpicy Cottage Cheese skewers: Cottage cheese skewers were soft and fresh cottage cheese marinated with some Indian masalas. It was served with finely sliced betroots mixed with mayo. This dish could have tasted more delicious if it was a bit more spicier.Blue corn cheese balls: These were classic corn cheese balls. However, cheese and corn was perfectly mixed and it tasted delicious. Cheese balls were served with a sweet and spicy sauce which made this appetizer more delicious.Pesto vegetable sandwich: So this was one of my favourite dish. Pesto sandwich had stuffings of cottage cheese, zucchini, iceberg lettuce mixed with delicious pesto sauce. The sauce and vegetables tasted just perfect. The sandwich was grilled and bread had a flavour of garlic. This sandwich was also served with some crisp French fries.MocktailsCucumber mint cooler: This is one of the refreshing cooler we ever had. It had fresh cucumber, mint leaves and lemon.Strawberry sunrise: So this was a combination of sweet strawberry and oranges making it sweet and sour flavoured mocktail.This is a must visit place to hangout with friends
Aubergin beautiful place located in breach candy, definitely worth visit for some European Mediterranean cuisine with curated gin based cocktails.Talking about ambience its simple calming and classy, pastel green colored interior with open bar and beautiful wooden seating area with comfortable sofa seating and high chairs.Staff : Staff is polite and equally helpful in recommending good food.Food we tried,1) Truffle Mushroom Cappuccino:Freshly made mushroom soup with blend of mushroom thyme and truffle oil served with garlic bread toast ,soup tasted so good and it was perfect in flavours with mild spiciness and great flavours.2) Classic Tacos:Tacos who doesn’t love tacos. Crispy tacos stuffed with Mexican beans tomatoes salsa sauce and sour cream loved it,it was a bomb of all flavours mini tacos with blast of flavours is all we want.3) Middle Eastern Charcoal Wrap:So as we hear charcoal it sounds some what weird, but this wrap was something one should order here. Charcoal wrap stuffed with falafel, hummus pickled roots and salad it tasted so fresh and good in taste.Drinks were great we triedLitchi Martini .For Mains we opted for1) Beetroot Mac & Chesse which was so beautifully presented and rich in flavours pink colored mac and chesse pasta was super chessy and good in flavours .2) Smokey Bbq Green Apple Risotto:Never ever heard about green apple in risotto ,Risotto with rich flavours of green apple tossed in bbq sauce a bit on spicier side but somewhat tangy as well flavours are well balanced.Ended our meal withIrish Mousse:Luscious creamy irish mousse was best ending to this meal it had that perfect flavours of chocolate coffee and whipped cream.Overall Aubergin is best place with calm vibes and good food.
One of the best veg restaurant we discovered. Finding a good pure veg restaurant has always been task. Thanks to Auber Gin for coming with such amazing restaurant. Cant wait to visit again.
Auber-Gin is a newly opened up restro in sobo. Totally loved the decor . The staff here is really very pleasant and quick at their service. Do go with their suggestions as they come up with the right dish that would cover all your flavours .Do checkout their Gin based cocktails they are really worth the try .Must try dishes – grilled ratatouille , charcoal gnocchi , charcoal tacos , mock meat skewers and blueberry cheesecake .
