Located at chowpatty,This place is one of the oldest places in the vicinity. It has a sports bar feel to it if you sit on the upper floor. And a casual dining experience if you are seated downstairs. The music is good, ambience is peppy and they have screens and Tv to telecast live sports matches. We visited this place twice. The first time I had the bbq chicken pizza and Paprika chicken! Both were heavy, well cooked, yummy and quantity was good. The second time we had drinks 1 on 1 And we ordered the chicken chilly and in the main course we tried the grilled chicken with rice! Both were very delicious!!Overall a very good experience.Food- 4/5Quality- 5/5Quantity- 4/5Cost- 3/5Ambience- 4/5Service- 4/5

I recently went to Cafe New York on recommendation of a friend. The the cramped entrance leads to two sections, a non AC seating and AC seating. Both the sections are kept simple and the use of wood in the interiors and the dim lighting actually evokes nostalgia instantly. A steep staircase leads to a huge pub, you will experience a touch of modernism in this section. The quality of drinks is premium. We had a Kheema Pav and Chicken Fried Rice. The Kheema was awesome, balanced use of whole garam masala.Sadly, the fried rice was too bland and lacked proper seasoning.Recently tried their Chicken Lollipops, they were very tasty and not so oily. The waiters are very friendly.Check out the pictures.

Tried the fried chicken and chips and Chicken fried rice and Chilli Chicken. The fried chicken was good and very freshly prepared with good quantity which was impressive. I wouldn’t say the fried rice were as good as the fried chicken. Chilli chicken was average. Cozy spot upstairs. Would give the experience a 3/5
