Modern lunch is a tiny place with amazing food. It is pocket friendly with some really good seafood. We had the surmai fry, egg biryani and prawn masala fry. The biryani was spicy, the prawn masala was just delicious with tiny prawns (which gave it an even better taste). Surmai fry was tasty as well, not too oily

Whatever you order veg or non-veg, it is always tasty and value for money.If you are real foodie and taste is really important factor then order food from here and they will never disappoint you.

Good place and staff is okay. I tried manchow soup and manchurian and fried rice noodles which were all okay . Ambience is okay and staff is also okay. The food was good.

Nice small restaurant.Staff is cooperative.Tasty food.Resonable prices with sufficient quantity. I had ordered bombil fry and prawns fry with fish chilly thali.
