The staff and people at the store are extremely rude and unhelpful . Wouldn’t recommend going there ever. Poor customer service and even the quality of food is below average
Best packaged bhel in town! Love their yellow dhokla. They have the thinnest khandvi which is also amazing. We always send their bhel to our relatives in the states and London. Just wish they had a card machine now!
A true legacy store, nestled away on Peddar road. I have family who are true loyalists, to the point of buying their products in bulk for foreign trips. Their fresh foods, dips and additions are so so GOOD!! Much kudos to the team, and hope to see it in the ‘burbs soon. P.S: Try their Choco-Chip cookies for a special surprise (ALWAYS buy 2 boxes)
i was surprised to see the previous post. My family and i have been eating nilas food for over 7-8 years and have never faced any health issues or concerns. My relatives who come from abroad also always take the stuff back with them and have never once complained. We just wish they could start a delivery service.
Nila Metha snacks uses Cancer causing Palm oil to fry all of its Produts. Stop consuming their products unless and until they change the palm oil that they are using to an healthy grade of oil. I urge consumers to avoid buying edibles that are either cooked in or fried in Palm oil because studies have revealed that an integral ingredient in Palm oil causes Cancer. Please go to this link and read it for yourself. https://www.worldwidecancerresearch.org/blog-post/new-research-links-major-component-of-palm-oil-to-cancer-spread/ http://m.huffpost.com/ca/entry/14136584 http://www.shape.com/healthy-eating/diet-tips/does-nutella-actually-cause-cancer I sent the company an Email about the cancer causing Palm oil that they are using to fry their products and it has been 5 days and they have not bothered to reply. The company obviously cares a damn about their consumers dying by cancer. !!!!! Palm oil is one of the cheapest available in the market so obviously they would not like a dip in tier profits even if it means that young children get afflicted by cancer Please do not take the risk and it is better to be safe than sorry and stop consuming Motas chips products unless and until they change the oil to an Better health grade one Going a step further Zomato should stop reviewing outlets that use Palm oil for cooking and frying. Just to show that Zomato cares for the health of People at large and they are Health oriented and not trash and Anti Health oriented Aamir Siddiqui Going a step FrThank you
The bhel is great but they do not accept cards or payments through paytm like wallets. Do not deliver and have also not tied up with any of the delivery companies like Swiggy or Zomato. I wanted to buy 2 packets of bhel and they refused to give me change for 2000. How hard is it to get a POS? Or even tie up with paytm. Would rather lose out on sales than adopt technology!
