thanks to the waiting time of the big famous nearby hotels I visited this nice small bustling hygienic place. Had a garma garam samosa and it was really mouthful.

Triveni deserves a decent rating if not for anything else, at least for its location, it’s restricted menu and more than anything else, it’s popularity amongst the collegians, pedestrians and shoppers on FC Road; a pit stop for a quick bite. I see the highest rating by every reviewer here and that only reflects the love and affability that this little snack bar exudes to the quick and the hungry.Do not expect soft lighting, romantic ambience, soft leather seats, finger bowls and smart attendants. This is a small pigeon-coop, located across the FC Road end of the exit of MMCC College road and neighbouring the famous Rupali restaurant and accommodates just 4 aluminium topped tables and no chairs. There is no waiting time for your order. You grab a spot available at the serving counter, look up at the list, pick your choice, then pay and pick your order; all the while without moving an inch from your position and then jostle across to one of the tables with your hotware to enjoy a quick hot breakfast, snack or simply a glass of tea. This inexpensive place doesn’t appear too well maintained and clean but it is ok for the quick walk-ins. The quantity is sufficient to get you going until your next meal.

Their menu might be simple but their taste isn’t. It’s different and refreshing. The best combo personally has to be the bread pakoda with a chai. Located among the busy market of FC Road, it serves as a great place to take a breath and enjoy the hustle.

Refreshing Chai. Had an awesome vada pav after it. Good experience! Located at middle FC road it’s a quite hip place where it’s not uncommon for people to discuss politics, sports etc

Best samosas in town. Samosas are not greasy like at most of the places and filling of samosa is also tasty. Best north indian style samosa.. i have also tried patties and idli sambhar both were good. It is also the chutney (red and green) that they serve with samosa and patties which enhances their taste even more. Though tea was not so good.. some people may like tea there but it was not what i like.

Often go for breakfast, it is hygienic and tasty. Size of serving is perfect. Freshly made dishes are very affordable. Must visit once. Opens early morning, but remember no seating
