this not my order
The oldest and the first restaurant of Nagpur which is still surviving even after 65 years means something . The prime location right near the shopping hub of the masses and the pocket friendly food . The crowd here is mainly consisting of families and people from out of station. Coming to food – it’s as desi as it can get . Stick to the Indian food here ONLY ! I didn’t like the Chinese food here much . The thalis here are a great deal since it’s an unlimited one and started from 80₹. Ambiance – it’s high time they should renovate it a little , which can be done even with keeping the old charm alive with bringing some new comfort . Once you enter the property , you can feel the age-Ing- ness of the entire place. Mayb that’s one of the reasons why the new age crowed won’t prefer visiting .
Very sad and disappointing experience for the second time. Such an old and reputed restaurant if the city doesn’t even read the cooking instruction mentioned by customer let alone follow. We don’t give instructions just for the sake of it. My suggestion ,kindly respect the instructions we give. Please.
New to this city and traveling with family to boot. Came shopping in Sitabuldi and needed to find dinner. From shopkeepers to autowalla to Zomato recommended this place as a true “phamily” place. Went in, non AC but yes very very family. We took three special thaali and ordered Alu methi and daal totally MIRCHI FREE. And they delivered! Very very honest and homely. Tell you straight what they can or can’t do. They can feed you with courtesy and tasty food that is diverse and plentiful. We had more satisfied here than a lot of hi fi places.
Good was good but delivery boy mess up with lunch box he spred all the dishes and desert combinely that’s why my rating was just 1star and thank for food
