When we told them the review they were not even ready to accept that they had serviced bad food( base of pizza was spoiled) and they were not even ready to accept our feedback. Please please don’t buy it. It was true review from my side.

I’m quite a frequent customer at Pizzenia and I like the taste there. The service is good always but this time it was not. I ordered for :1 Fresh green treat pizza (medium size) and 1 garlic toast with cheese as a parcel delivery through zomato on 22-06-2019.The delivery came around 10:45pm (well within half an hour as promised), but later when I opened the packed boxes, all the pieces were ruined and the food was cold! Please refer to the attached the picture in the complaint.It was a horrible service and an appetite killer, as I couldn’t eat a single piece properly. Even the toppings and cheese were stuck to the box and in bad shape.I don’t know whether it was the fault of the delivery person (Name-Anil, Number : +917378386778) or that of the staff of Pizzenia.But I’d at least like a payback or a redelivery, because whatever I paid was not at all worth the way I had it delivered at my residence.I hope you take my complaint into consideration and check that such incidences do not happen in the future. Thank you.
