The management needs to***hire trained staff / train existing staff***which will help them improve on following- Service time – had to wait for 35-40 min for my order- misplaced order – got bhakri (default dish) instead of ordered roti- customized order – had requested for extra spicy food however it was regular (default dish)- avoid serving cold food – received cold rice until asked to be replaced- missing salad – salad (at least onion) should have been served alongside any thali served- price justification – slightly higher cost can be easily compensated for with good service experienceHope this helps 🙂
Nice place for family and friends. This place usually serves typical village types thali non veg and veg. They had so many varieties of chicken dishes in one thali and the rice ghee which was totally cooked in ghee was delicious too.I have rated it 3 stars because of the service. Very slow and laid back. There were no fans too.
Overall had a bad experienceWe went here by 6.30 PM and everything which we asked was not ready and as per waiter’s suggestion it was supposed to take 45-60 mins for anything. Then we order chicken soup which was ok and Egg bhurji which was good. This 1 star is only for soup and bhurji. When I asked for Egg bhurji with Chapati or Roti nothing was there expect the Bhakari. We ordered chicken crispy then it was really poor in taste and smelling. We were really hungry and didn’t get anything as per choice so in frustration I asked waiter to serve only Egg bhurji which I eaten with spoon without chapati and roti.Ideally I think if kitchen is not ready, they should inform customers or not accept customers until kitchen is ready with all items.
Ambiance-Gavgada Hotel is located near Navale bridge Narhe and can be easily located from highway. It has outdoor sitting arrangement and private dining area available.Food-We placed an order for Kaju Masala which was fully loaded with Kaju and served with red medium spicy gravy, which was mouth . We also placed an order for dal tadka and jeera rice, which was perfect in taste.Service-Service was average as they took time to serve.
taste average, overpriced food, stupid owner and staff, cant handle huge customers at once, owner seems ti be frm criminal background. not recomended for family.
In this Hotel, their alani masala was tasty at that time. The food quality was good tasty in the narhe area. Service facility are also available.
Had just saw the Hotel from Highway, got a thought of trying it. And it was an amazing experience.The ambience is really good, the staff if very friendly and the food is awesome.Many options are available in thali, we tried Jatra thali. The taste was Awesome. One new thing i got to see was mutton pickle.My Rating.Taste – 4.5/5Ambience – 4/5Quality – 4/5Quantity 4/5Service – 4/5Value for money – Great, must try.A must try for every thali lover.
