The most shitty place I have ever been too. Go there if you want to taste the worst food in Mumbai. Don’t know what oil they use to cook food but you can taste that worst oil in every bite. Even the masala peanuts were spiceless. i would never recommend this place to anyone.
Apart from being a landmark for my old office, golden rock was a saviour on tiring shoot days. We always called in for their dal khichdi, fried rice and manchurian or paneer chilli gravy and sorted our quick breaks. Nothing fancy, just a box of above average meal will be served. Do not expect much! The quantity is superb for the reasonable price they charge and one dish can easily suffice hunger of two people.

Favourite Dishes are:- Butter Chicken- Chicken Tikka Masala- Chicken Kohlapuri- Dal Khichdi- Biryani’s are all great- Boiled Eggs with Chaat Masala is awesome.Service is great, prices are super reasonable and we eat here all the time.Sandeep.
