New Sunrise Restaurant is located in the vicinity of Byculla station. It’s an average restuarant but serves food at a decent price. The sitting space is huge and menu offer’s Mughlai , Indo- Chinese and Indian options. You will generally spot ordinary people as it’s a budget friendly restuarant. As it’s an all day restuarant they also serves South indian food. We ordered for medu wada, three medu wada with chutney and sambar. The chutney wasn’t fresh. So we asked them to replace with sambar which too was ok in taste. In Mains, we ordered paneer tikka masala and naan. To my surprise it turned out to be delicious. The gravy was flavourful with soft paneer cubes. Recommended ✔️Overall verdictFood – 3.5/5Hygiene – 3/5Definitely a pocket friendly place

They have quiet a good ambience and very tasty chicken dishes such as chicken tikka butter chicken . Service is very quick compared to all other restaurants around here in byculla.

The ambience was ok. The biryani was pathetic and they cost 25 extra for a stupid raita which doesn’t taste good at all. Schezwan triple rice was like boiled rice with chicken. The cost was cheaper than other places but at least they should provide decent food. Try at your own risk.

Food: GoodAmbiance: Basic, but tidy.Service: Quick (morning)Tried their breakfast menu. The kheema pav was well made- thick, meaty and with the right amount of spice. The omelette was also good. Tea was too sweet, but not bad. Ambience is a slight repellant. The furnishing had an Iranian cafe feel to it. The lighting is dim, however the restaurant is clean and well maintained. Service is quick and the waiters are friendly. I suggest this as a breakfast or snack option, not as a proper dine-out
