I request the owner to tell his staff to talk politely to customers and give respect. This is the only place where I have seen that the waiters been promoted to manager level. The entire staff looks frightened and sad and don’t sport a smile on their faces, because their boss is watching them from cctv cameras.I have visited this place plenty of times, it’s more of a bar than a restaurant but the food is superb be it anything from Chinese to Indian dishes.But this type of attitude is surely not acceptable in today’s competitive market.
