Worse experience. Been a regular customer since the shop started. But today was the worse day. Charges have gone sky rocket. I asked the person on counter to do a home delivery which is 4.1 km so his eye popped out and started making excusese. Finaly out of frustration i had to leave the shop without buying anything. Realy bad attitude with the customers. People shud think before going there. On counter these people will be very sweet but the moment uask them something different they show their colours. Dr Samir.
Shokolaat is cake shop near my house, it has a wide variety of cakes and pastries. It has great value for money and the cakes are delicious too.
The cakes and pastries are good. Pocket friendly though. Here you will find more of whipped creams and ganache other than the actual cake itself to taste. They put lots of sugar syrup in the cake to make it moist. But doesnt like it at all.
It’s been a few years since it rose amongst the best Confectionery shops in South Mumbai. Shokolat is a pretty good made choice to go to for all of your baked products at an affordable cost.There’s a 20-25% after 21:30 everyday!It has good quality and service for what you pay, beside Shokolat there’s Zam Zam and Dry Fruits’ shop by the same management which makes the place a complete destination for your sweet tooth.
