  103-shanghai express is an amazing place when you will find excellent Indo-Chinese, Thai and authentic Chinese cuisine.Coming to food I had: -Spicy Lemon Chicken Coriander Soup: -The soup was just too good. The soup had an amazing flavors of lemon grass, chilly, and also had a prominent flavor of coriander. The chicken was well cooked, and also the vegetables in the soup were crunchy o have.Paneer Kung Pao: -A dish which I love the most. The Paneer was soft and fresh. The flavor of the dish was also amazing. They also added some fried cashews and fried red chilly which gave a really nice taste.Crispy Potato Hot Garlic: -This was also a very tasty dish given by them. The potato was crisp and was well with the garlic flavor. It was tossed in a honey chilly sauce which was sweet and spicy.Fiery Chicken Pepper: -A spicy dish which all the spice lovers will suerly like. The batter coating the chicken was also well cooked with the chicken off course. There was a good amount of peri peri sprinkled on top of the dish which gave an extra addition to the spiciness.Chicken Hong Kong Noodles: -This was an amazing dish. Full of flavors that you will love to have. Perfect spiciness required for a dish like this. This complimented the Chicken Hot Basil Sauce very well.Chicken Hot Basil Sauce: -This is a dish that people like me will like. The aroma of the gravy itself will make you fall for the dish. The flavor of basil is prominent in the dish and also the chicken in this was well cooked and was tender to have.Veg Burnt Garlic Rice: -This is my type of food. The garlic was finely chopped and fried in such a way that the whole dish is dependent on it. The aroma, again will make you fall for it.They deliver the food very neatly in spill proof packaging. The quality and quantity of the food is also amazing. So when craving for Asian cuisine, order your bit from here for sure.

One dish from the menu serves two people approx. The packaging was neat where air tight containers were used. Nothing was spilled over. Also the oil used is refined. Food preparation and delivery everything was on time.Coming to food I had:SPICY LEMON CHICKEN CORIANDER SOUP:The soup with complimenting flavours from lemon,ginger and also chillies,crunchi veggies and soft cooked chicken this itself makes a healthy meal.PANEER KUNG PAO:A yummy Chinese paneer dish. The unique taste of this not so dry curry comes with addition of some special ingredients like roasted cashew nuts,dried red chillies. The crunchiness of cashew nuts added unique flavour to the dish. Paneer cubes were fresh and soft.CRISPY POTATO HOT GARLIC:It had Crispy,spicy and garlicky flavour. Tossed in sesame honey chilli sauce that’s sweet and spicy. It really stand out of their crunch. They are coated in a batter which is deep fried which is Crispy outside and soft inside.FIERY CHICKEN PEPPER:Traditional spicy Chinese dish.Good amount of Peri Peri sprinkled over chicken. The different level of flavours the spices consisted were just amazing.CHICKEN HONG KONG NOODLES:The utterly delectable spice give it that wonderfully addictive kick and flavours. The noodles were nicey par-cooked in boiling water.CHICKEN HOT BASIL SAUCE:Thai dish made with freshly chopped chicken and fresh basil. Sauce here acts like a glaze as chicken mixture cooks over high heat. The basil flavour here is strong and also the curry it’s spicy and thick in texture.VEG BURNT GARLIC RICE:Cooked riced nicely prepared with burnt garlic and other vegetables also with seasoning ingredients. It has slightly bitter and flavour. Goes very well wil manchurian sauce or gravy if needed.
