I went there few days back for my coffee tasting and I have to say, I was shocked with perfection I found in the form of coffee !Here are few reasons why!1. Good BeansArabica 70% and robusta 30%2. Heavy duty, highly maintained and customized Italian coffee machine.3. Good trained baristas. Baristas here know what they are doingWhen I visited the Cafe I had a long chat with the one of the owners, I came to know that they really really know their coffee. First Cafe I visited where the cafe has its own recipe for their roasting profile and they also have coffee beans for sale to regular customers and also for B to B basis.Mr harsh paranjape really knows what he is doing, if you see the cafe you will see all the important things about coffee on the wall. In the conversation with harsh who’s a chemical engineer, I came to know that they buy beans straight from the farmers at a fair price and also educates them about coffee.I have been researching coffee from more than 8 years and yet I was astonished by his knowledge and I was just in aww. Being a chemical engineer has its perks and in this Cafe it became harsh’s Achilis Heel. He knew how to formulate his coffee, how to roast and brew the coffee. Never seen a single Cafe in pune who had a custom made Italian machine and also the porter filters are bit tweaked for excess quality control.Quality control is something this Cafe does for it’s coffee. The rich after taste of a double shot espresso (dopio) can tell you volumes about the coffee if you know how to judge your coffee.Their machine can produce a variety types of coffee shots and calibrate it according to the order!Beans are no doubt always fresh and serious counter majors are taken to do so.What I liked :-Really long and good variety in the menu for coffee! (plz call the barista to explain about the coffee).Coffees you must try here :-1. Dopio espresso2. Hot / Americano3. Jamaican4.algerian mazagran5.flat white(ristrettoshot)A concentrated 25 ml shot of espresso wirh just milk. Not a lot cafes can make perfect flat whites. Just one sip wakes you up and you are fresh as a daisy.This Cafe has a pool table, I mean how cool is that?Ikr?For me personally this is perfection cuz pool table and perfect coffee – how many places do you see where you can play pool and also have really good coffee?So,I loved the place and will keep visiting this place cuz finally found coffee roaster, brewer and machine calibrator at the same place so I am in love with this coffee.Ambience 5/5Coffee 5/5Vfm 5/5Overall 5/5Please try the cafe and let me know which coffee you loved?

  This cafe has nice ambience..they have pool table also.outdoor and indoor seating .they have nice menu..we had pasta and fries here .coffee is good here and burgers too.Service 3/5Food 3.5/5Ambience 3/5
