If you really need some good and quite time with friends or family, one must visit this place for dinner especially. Decent place. Nice ambience when one sits in the garden. The service is a bit slow and the price is on the higher side for few of the food items. Ambience is decent enough. Good bar and food menu. The taste of prawns and chicken that we ordered was okay. The staff was courteous. The paneer kebab and dish was good.Overall the place is nice and usually it’s a good time to visit during weekdays.
Delicious food
I have been a regular at this place for the past 20 years and for the past few visits the service quality drastically. The overall attitude of the service staff is appalling. Today I visited this place for lunch and reached around 2.30pm and they refused serving despite their service timings saying 3.30pm. To top it their attitude was utterly unapologetic and rude. They could have been perhaps accommodating or courteous to inform in a better way about their reluctance to serve.
Been to shangrila yesterday. It’s my favouriteLots of parking space outside, nice ambience and very courteous staff. Food quality was very good as always
Nice cozy place at Prabhat road. Good place for family dinner. No lavish interior or loud music but good place to sit and chat with friends. Open-air seating is specious, not too crammed. Had hot and sour soup which was I liked. Chicken kolhnapuri was really good and not unnecessarily spicy. Service could have been better. Couldn’t take the pics of food as the light was not very good at our table.
Not a great ambience, nor a great in taste. But big in price. Can’t recommend. And one more. Carry your own anti mosquito repellent. Shangri-la people hate to shoo away them.
Planned a diwali lunch over here. I must say it was so peaceful with lots of trees and birds chirping and to top it off it rained heavily which made the lunch even better. The food was very good. Had Fish tikka for starters which was very well prepared and really good. Then had mutton sukka with butter roti. Wah what a taste. Only small turn off was the small bits and pieces of crushed bones that were coming in the food in mutton sukka. Otherwise was a good lunch.
