  My reviews on this place do follow a roller coaster ride, so was my experience. I had ordered a bunch of biryani for 12 people in my team. Fell in love with food but hated the delivery Food was amazing, the taste was reminiscent of my old days but the delivery was pathetic (absolutely pathetic), keeping 12 souls hungry for almost 1 additional hour. A place which I would strongly suggest for take-away but not at all for delivery. Food 5/5 – The biryani was as amazing as it could get, rice was rich with authentic aroma with the right texture, long grains, and a mix of saffron coated and white grains. Chicken, Mutton both were finely boiled and well marinated, the taste of every piece was consistent and I did savour it to the last bite, no compromises. The masala was not very overwhelming and the ghee was just fine. In a nutshell, Biryani pulsated my heart. They provided both, Raita and Mirchi Ka Salan which were sufficient in quantity and great in taste, I don’t find many places in Pune where they provide you with the right stuff, so definitely another delight. If the details make you rhapsodise then you are a true Hyderabadi Biryani fanatic. All of us were happy with the food.Delivery 2/5 – All the above was not without labouring challenge for me and my team members. I explicitly mentioned in the order to make sure rider/ valet wears a helmet.Delivery was quite late, they informed me after I called them as I did not get any update on delivery almost 5 minutes before the promised time, the delivery guy called me and told he has to take an auto and would take some more time, we waited and further 15 minutes later I called him back but of no avail, 5 mins later he told he’s coming on a bike, he came almost 25 minutes after promised time and was not allowed to enter because he didn’t wear a helmet, (now by this time our patients (12 people) was reaching our boundaries). I walked almost 650 meters to pick up around 2.5 to 3 KGs of food and dragged it another 650 meters back to my cubicle. Looking at the quality of food, I’d not recommend ordering from this place but to call them, go and bring the parcel yourself, also now the delivery charges for this place are skyrocketing.Also before I end, this specific food review is highly subjective to what sort of biryani you prefer the most, if you are a fan of Lucknowi / Awadhi biriyani, maybe this place is not for you.
