Ordered from this place tonight and the experience wasn’t a very good one unlike last time! The lack of consistency with this place is saddening! :(What we had? -> Tandoori Chicken Biryani!The positives- 1)Chicken pieces were well marinated and the flavour was spot on!The setbacks- 1)The rice on the top of the container was very nice and aromatic and flavourful! But the rice in the bottom of the container seemed quite different and tasted different too. It was all mushy and had a bad smell to it as well!2) The gravy provided along with it was 90% oil and 10% actual gravy and why was it so sweet??!3)The mattha wasn’t anything like last time and didn’t seem fresh at all!4)The packaging of the biryani was in a decent container but everything else was just sent in loose plastic bags with a knot on top and not even in a heat sealed packet! (Very bad impression)The portion size for other biryani places is way more than what you provide for almost the same price!Will order again soon and hope some action will be taken ASAP to revert back to their old good standards for this place!
