Beetroot Bistro is a small place located on the terrace of Pimlico. The best time to visit this place would be in the evening, in my opinion since it’s out in the open. There isn’t anything appealing about the decor here. They do have a huge dream catcher giving you some pseudo hipster vibes. But well, what’s great about this place is their food. I had three dishes here and all of them were good paired with a glass of wine. Try the butter garlics mushrooms, they make it really well.
Two of us were at Beetroot Bistro in the evening. We ordered the basil mozarella tomato sandwich, nutella pancake and watermelon as well as orange juice.The pancake was nice. The topping was rich but it could have been fluffier. The sandwich, on the other hand, wasn’t very tasty. It was not served hot plus the taste wasn’t quite right. The juices were fresh.While the ambience of this bistro is top notch, the food can definitely see some improvements.
