Yesterday was really terrific experience with Zomato. I ordered from app which showed that order accepted by restaurant and getting prepared will reach at 10:43 pm exactly after 30 mins i ordered. After 10:45 i called restaurant for my order guy name Yogesh said boy left for delivery will come soon w/o asking my name and order detail. Then at 11:29 pm no one appeared and i chckd app that it was showing that food is still in preparation stage. I again called restaurant then i told him clearly pls chck my order by my name and he said ok i ll call u in 5 mins. Then again no call for 15 mins. I called again and said that it is midnighy now and i dont want my order i ll cancel it he said delivery boy is at your area will SmS ur number pls call him for location. Delivery boy was nt from Zomato and directly came from restaurant. I asked him are u from Zomato on call he said what was ur order. After confirmation he brought some other order and disconnected my call went back. Then i get a call from Yogesh that he is coming directly to deliver and came at midnight to my society area. My husband went down to pick the parcel. Guess what food taste was average after all this mess done by Zomato. And app still showing food getting prepared at kitchen. This is first time with me in 5 years that Zomato failed to deliver. Very sad.But want to Thank Yogesh that he later handled it.
This restaurant is very Good one with nice Food preparation. I have ordered food from this restaurant 2 to 3 times. But I do not see the consistency on the taste for the items or food that is being ordered.
Visited several times with friends.Good food. Especially Chinese food,manchow soup, starters and sea food are my favorite and friendly staff.
