Mocha never fails to disappoint me.located in koregan park.i usually opt for inside seating. the do run live cricket matches as well on screens.Mocha has both veg and non veg from small bites to sandwiches to paninis to Indian and continental dishes.its a multi cuisine cafe suitable for a great coffee catch up with friends or a round of hukkah or a comfort dinner with family and friends.I have tried various things since i m quite a regular visitor at mocha.i m a fan of their ice teas and their signature BMT PANINI .i have also tried their dal khichdi, burmese khowsuey, ChinaBox, chilli paneer, popcorn chicken, and also their mind blowing sizzling brownies and .chocolate avalanche in deserts,so all in all a good place to visit and chill out with family and friends
I have seen this place deteriorating from a great joint to pathetic. My probably last experience was very sad actually because I liked this place very much. My sizzler was cold when served 45 mins a after ordering. Bearer littered my table while serving. it was embarrassing to eat on such a dirty table. i was still calm till I saw cockroaches on couch which staff took very casually as if it is very normal. I ate pizza afterwards which was fine. I was not surprised when I noticed two group arguing about not paying 10% service charged for bad and slow service. I chose to quietly pay and leave deciding not come again.
Perfect ending is one of the most important thing which makes an experience worth remembering. Same goes with Food. If your meal has a perfect end to it, then it is worth every penny.Mocha, a place famous for snacks and deserts. The place is among top cafes in koregaon park area. Ambience is pretty with a variety of seating options. You can visit this place anytime. The place is mostly crowded in evening. Coming to their food. We had pasta and pizza. Both were good with good amount of cheese and toppings. In desert, we had fudge brownie, strawberry cheese cake shake, banoffe pie and chocolate avalanche. The deserts were the best part. The staff was helpful and service was fast. Had a great time.
This was a nice place for a family lunch / dinner. The food was good and we liked the service as well, which was pretty quick. The place was a little busy, understandably as it was a weekend, they were nice enough to accommodate a request for a large group like ours.
Definitely one of the best Italian meals I’ve had, yet again from the wonderful Mocha in Koregaon Park. Seem to love this place now. Very rarely we order exactly the same dishes from the same restaurant, but I guess would be doing so very often now. My all time favourite, the rockstar, Chilli Cheese Dragon Rolls, alongwith the Porcini and Shitake Mushroom Spaghetti, American Mac and Cheese and complimentary Garlic Bread (which was actually toast, but I’d overlook that). Must Try for all Italian food lovers!
Recommended : Penne Pink sauce Pasta , Veg Pizza , Coffee , Panner Sizzler, TiramisuNice place for conversation over coffee. Food is good and ambience is nice. Staff is very courteous , in fact one of the best that i have experienced. Service is up to the mark. Outdoor seating gets bit uncomfortable with iron chairs. Desserts are tasty. Portions of panner in Paneer sizzler could be increased.
The Mac n cheese was decent. Among all goods the only not good thing was the brownie cheesecake. The brownie layer over the crust of the cheesecake didn’t compliment well.Definitely not a great combination.Another disappointment was the Rasmalai cheesecake. The saffron coloured dressing was pleasing to the eye but not the palate, same goes for the filling which was bland and lacked the signature flavour of cream cheese and the base was overdone with butter. The only thing good about the cheesecake might be the presentation. The farmers pizza was decent and the chocolate avalanche was indeed delicious.Management needs to look after the hygiene of the place as it has started to be a swamp for flies
