Located amongst the greenery and serenity of Koregaon Park, when you visit Sante Spa Cuisine, you feel as if you are away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There is a zen like vibe in the atmosphere. The entire place is elegantly done. Anyone would fall in love with the love with the ambience. Adding to the ambience, the food that is served here is vegetarian, healthy and not at all boring. All your junk food items like pizzas, nachos and chocolate desserts are modified in a way which is healthy because they substitute it with healthy ingredients. And trust me the taste is not compromised on at all. You can binge all you want without thinking about the calories..

The place has indoor and outdoor seating arrangement with beautiful greenery all around. The food served here is organic, healthy, vegan and gluten free. They serve variety of soups, salad, dimsum, sushi, pizza and desserts. Overall, the place is amazing with amazing ambiance, service and serves one of the best vegan food in city.
Had heard alot about this place and finally visited on one fine weekday for lunch. For all those of you who haven’t been to Santé Spa Cuisine, this restaurant serves healthy – vegetarian food – with vegan, keto, gluten-free options. The ambience is calm and pleasing with a lime green touch to it with lights. The place actually lightens up your mood and totally loved the indoor as well as outdoor seating arrangements. The menu here is quite interesting and is made using fresh and natural ingredients. This place has an all-vegetarian extensive menu and I am sure all the vegans out there would love this especially if you are craving for something healthy as well as scrumptious. So we started off with their Chilled Vegan Turmeric Coconut Latte, this was delicious and an ultimate healthy indulgence. The Pink Lemonade and Anti-oxidizing pineapple, spinach, spearmint and black salt, just cant express that how unique this was. The Pink Lemonade was sweet and quite colorful. The beverages served over here , whether its hot or cold clearly proves to have a perfect blend between healthy & tasty.Talking about the food over here, the Beetroot and Spinach Hummus with khakhras was something new for the healthy touch and taste was too good.I would highly recommend this!Had also tried their Moroccan Hummus with Multigrain Khakhra, this dish was equally tasty. Then moving over and as suggested by my friends when ahead with their Sour Dough Pizza A La Greque, Verde and Farm Fresh Pizza.!One thing quite unique over here is that the base is made up of gluten free multigrains. All the pizza were topped with good amount of veggies and cheese. The pizza was crispy and yummy! I personally liked the Farm Fresh Pizza! The Handcrafted breads served with different dips was really good and honestly liked the garlic white butter dip the most! The Fresh Fruit and Nut Bhel from the appetizers was simple and decent enough!.I would suggest that one should try their Crunchy Mushroom Dimsums and Crunchy Chlorophyll Dimsums on Red Curry. Both these dishes were served to us as a savory snack and taste was really good , rather i would say it was an elegant vegetarian dish! The Spicy California Uramaki was decent in taste though. One should also try their Mediterranean Quinoa Salad. The salads over here are simple and beautiful that showcase each ingredient at its best. Then from the main course the best dish out of all was the Red Thai Curried Vegetables – the rice of which is Kerala brown rice. This one was gluten-free and vegan, and super tasty! The Whole Wheat Spaghetti, Kale Pesto was yet another new dish which I had tried.Spaghetti with kale pesto was a bit lemony, cheesy, healthy and not to forget delicious. The presentation of all the dishes was really good! The Spicy Korean Tofu Bowl had an explosion of flavours,It was tasty and topped with seasoned veggies and served with rice!In case you’re looking to end your meal on a sweet, sweet note, don’t think twice; order Salted Caramel Mud Cup, Dark Decadent Brownie, Muesli Almond Ice Cream, Organic Ajmer Gulkand Cheese Slab and Pure Coconut Palm & Jaggery Icecream. The Dark Decadent Brownie was a delight to eat which actually sealed the entire food deal.It was my favorite and was irresistible!Do try out the desserts, they are worth it.The food was really delicious, and the slightly higher pricing was justified by the flavors and beautiful presentation! This place is definitely worth a visit for its delightful ambience accompanied by a good dose of food.Overall had a wonderful experience and would love to visit again!Happy Eating!Follow @yummydelightsdiary on Instagram
Sante Spa Cuisine was always on my list of places to try after being recommended by a lot of people. Also, definitely an added plus since I’m trying to discover more vegetarian and vegan options that are healthy and tasty at the same time, and Sante totally delivers. Here’s what I recommend you try if you visit the place. We started off with Beetroot and Spinach hummus, this was served along with multigrain Khakra as an alternative to pita bread and paired really well with the Hummus. Also, tried the Moroccan hummus, which had charcoal hummus , and usually I pass these off as a fad, they actually tasted the best out of the lot. They served us with Solkadi, which was yum. Also, a green juice with spinach, mint and pineapple. The mint taste masks the spinach flavour and it tastes good.Spicy California rolls with Jasmine rice- Sushi, need I say more?Chlorophyll Dimsums in red coconut curry- the curry in this was heavenly. The Dimsums were different and something you should definitely go in for.Spaghetti of farm fresh salad , the names here are a mouthful, but that’s what you’re gonna be doing while stuffing in this salad. Pretty much a regular salad, it’s healthy, the vinaigrette on this was the secret sauce, quite literally, it was a bit tangy and added all that what was needed to make this salad da bomb.Sourdough Pizza- again something different with the dough here, and fresh pizza with fresh ingredients tastes great and is good for your stomach.Desserts are my favorite part of the meal and we had gulkand cheesecake, salted caramel mug cake, vegan dates and fig ice cream and almond muesli ice cream. Nothing much to explain here, the names tell you all about it, all I can tell you is that it tasted yum and you gotta take my word for it for the carnivore I am who’s praising vegetarian food. Might I add the ambience of the place is lovely , with a great sit out and a lush green lawn.
A must visit place in Pune! The ambience is Serene in all aspects. The staff are amazing and the food is outstanding! It is pure and healthy keeping in mind the well being of the guest. All vegetarian menu however has extensive option and all the options are a usp by themselve. Will be back here soon! Loved it!
