Every time I have ordered a cookie from Sweetish House Mafia, it tastes like cardboard. It ruins the taste and flavour of the cookie. This has never happened to me in Bombay whole ordering from the stores there, but always happens at the Pune store. If you are transporting the cookies in cardboard containers, please look into a different transportation box.
Chocolate has always been my favorite and I tried this amazing Dark chocolate truffle cookie. For the first time in my life I had such a great cookie. I absolutely enjoyed every bite of it.
I’ve never had bad experience with SHM either in Pune or in Mumbai.But recently I visited the Bangalore BIAL outlet on 18th March, 2019. The person behind the counter charged me Rs. 1897. On pointing the calculation error he again swiped the right amount this time, charging me Rs. 1440. And told me that I’ll get the initial debited amount within 24 hours and that he has initiated the refund process.It’s now 25th March and I haven’t recieved refund yet. Along with that I have dropped two mail (one being the reminder mail, and pointing it the urgency of it) on the mail id mentioned in the receipt. Still no response from the management.This is sad and really not expected from the team. I’m losing out so much of money just because of a simple calculation error and because of sheer ignorance of the management. Hope this attracts their attention.
