I have ordered mashroom masala and paid online but not received my order and I had call to hotel they were not responding it’s froud hotel and zomato also not responding it’s falatu service given by zomato
You need to improve in your service, atleast you should give us our order in paper bag not in hand delivery directly & I expect you should give us better service next time.
We had ordered dal and veg Biryani and chapati dal and chapati was ok but biryani was old and smelly and not at all eatable we had thrown not except from Zomato like this it’s effect customer satisfaction and trust on food sites and online provider .
